Generally speaking all licensed drivers
in California are eligible to attend traffic school provided s/he
has not attended traffic school within the past eighteen months.
As a rule of thumb, if the court gave you information about attending
traffic school you are most likely eligible. If the court papers
do not reference traffic school eligibility you can still ask
for the option afterall the worse thing that could happen is you
would be told no.
